Screen Layout Optimization

If you are using a large monitor, you can view the pages in optimized layout.

This means you can view more information on a single page without having the need to navigate to other pages. If you are using the Core Application on a mobile device, the pages remain optimized for touch interaction.

Search Results Actions

As a Dispatcher, when you search for activities in order to inspect details, adjust data, or perform some actions with the activities, you’ll find display links in activity hints of the search results. This makes it easy for you to perform an action on the activity directly from the search results rather than navigating to each page separately.

Note: When you search for activities on other pages, the links in activity hints won’t be visible.
