At the beginning of the day, dispatchers and supervisors
will want to verify that the resources’ routes have been activated
on time, the routes are efficient, and manual routing of new activities
has been performed. At the start of the shift, you can check the resource
tree to verify that all of the resources have activated their routes.
- In the resource tree, expand the bucket or buckets to see
all of your resources.
- Look for orange arrows at the beginning of the routes.
The start route indicator should be visible at the resource’s
scheduled start time, as shown in this screenshot:

- Use the resource tree search filters to narrow the list
to only the resources that have not activated their routes. Investigate
the resources that don't have orange arrows at the starts of their
routes.
- For routes that should be active, contact the resources
and ask them to activate their routes. Alternatively, you can activate
the route on the resource’s behalf.
