At the end of the day, dispatchers and supervisors will want to verify that the
resources’ routes have been deactivated on time, that all pending activities have been allocated
for re-routing and that overtime situations are minimized. At the end of the day, any activities
that are still pending must be allocated either to a new route or back to the bucket to be routed
automatically.

Change your view to Time View.

In the Resource Tree, select the bucket or group that contains your
resources.
The routes are displayed.

Look for activities that are yellow (pending activity, on time), pink Pending activity (in
jeopardy of being late), or lime green (Pending internal activity or teamwork).

Choose one of these options.

Move the activities back to the bucket so that they can be re-routed.

Manually move the activities to another route.

Change the activity status to Not Done.
Some companies run a script that automatically moves activities with Not Done status back to
the bucket.
