At the end of the day, dispatchers and supervisors will
want to verify that the resources’ routes have been deactivated on
time, that all pending activities have been allocated for re-routing
and that overtime situations are minimized. At the end of the day,
any activities that are still pending must be allocated either to
a new route or back to the bucket to be routed automatically.
- Change your view to Time View.
- In the Resource Tree, select the bucket
or group that contains your resources.
The routes are displayed.
- Look for activities that are yellow (pending activity,
on time), pink Pending activity (in jeopardy of being late), or lime
green (Pending internal activity or teamwork).
- Choose one of these options.
Move the activities back to the bucket so that they can
be re-routed.
Manually move the activities to another route.
Change the activity status to Not Done.
Some companies run a script that automatically moves activities
with Not Done status back to the bucket.
