Group Operations on Selected Activities

You can perform group operations on selected activities from the map page. You can select, review, and assign up to 99 activities at once using the multi-marker.

  1. Log in to the Oracle Field Service.
  2. Click Map.
    The Map and Activities list appears on the page.
  3. Select the Scheduling layer from the layers icon and display the non-scheduled activities.
  4. Click an activity marker.
    The details of the activities appear on the page.
  5. Click Assign to add the activities to the route for ordering or click Dismiss to go back to the map.
  6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 to add activities to your route.
  7. Drag and drop each activity to the desired position on the map.
  8. Click Confirm to add activities to the route or click Dismiss to remove the activities from the route.

Results:

Required operation is performed on the selected group activities.
