Reopen a Segmentable Activity

You can reopen a segmentable activity that was canceled or changed to any final status. When you reopen a segment, a new segmentable activity is created. The reopened segmentable activity has the same list of segments and other attributes.

1. Select the activity that you want to reopen.
2. Click Reopen segmentable activity in the Activity details page. Or, click Reopen segmentable activity from the hint.
   The Reopen activity page opens.
3. Enter Duration to define the duration of the reopened activity.
   The duration can be up to 9999 hours 55 minutes.
   The reopened activity is created with in the same route and allocated to the same resource associated with the initial activity. The new activity that is created as part of reopening the segmantable activity has the Pending status.
