The Booking Availability page is displayed when you click
Next on the Book Activity page. Use this page to
schedule a booked activity. The fields displayed on this page depend on the way you have set up
the layout. If the data entered in the Create a Booked Activity step is insufficient, the
capacity is not calculated, and an error message is shown.

From the Capacity Area drop-down list, select the capacity to
which you want to schedule the activity.
The available time slots change based on the selected capacity. The available
time slots are displayed, and the current date is highlighted by a circle.

Use the navigation arrows or the calendar widget next to the month and year to review
the time slot availability in future dates.
Time slots are displayed for a maximum of 45 days from the current
date.

Click the time slot in which you want to schedule the activity.
You can select only one time slot for an activity.
Note: Additional details for the activity such as City and Zip/postal code is displayed below
the grid, along with the time slots for your reference.

Click Submit.
The message,
Activity has been booked appears.
You can go back
to the Book Activity page by clicking the Details icon or the Back button.
