Add or Edit Time Slots Within a Capacity Category

Note: This information applies to release version 26A and earlier. Starting from release 26B, all the Quota settings previously available on the Configuration > Capacity Categories and Configuration > Business Rules page are moved to the Quota > Configuration > Quota and Capacity Management page. A time slot indicates that the work mentioned in the Capacity Category must be performed in the defined time of the day. A Capacity Category may contain one or more time slot associations.

1. Open the Configuration page and click Capacity Categories.
2. Select the Capacity Category that you want to modify.
3. Click Edit Time Slots from the Actions corresponding to the selected Capacity Category.
4. Select the available time slots as applicable and click Update.
