Configure Microsoft Teams Application in Oracle Fusion Field Service

Before users can initiate Microsoft Teams meetings from Collaboration, administrators must configure Microsoft Teams credentials.

Configure Microsoft Teams Credentials

  1. Navigate to Configuration > Collaboration.
  2. Select Microsoft Teams Credentials.
  3. Enter valid Microsoft Teams credentials.
  4. Click Add.

Configure Microsoft Teams Application in Oracle Fusion Field Service

  • Navigate to Configuration> > User Types>.
  • Select the user types that require Microsoft Teams meeting access.
  • Enable Allow initiation of Microsoft Teams meetings.
  • Select Update to save the configuration.
Note:
  • A valid Microsoft Teams license is required to initiate meetings.
  • Microsoft Teams meetings are available only in one-to-one chats and conferences.
  • Microsoft Teams meetings are not supported in broadcasts.
  • Users authorize access to their Microsoft account the first time they initiate a meeting.
  • Microsoft Teams licenses are provided and managed by the customer.
