Configure Zoom Application in Oracle Fusion Field Service

Add Oracle Fusion Field Service to Zoom account

Before using Zoom meetings within Oracle Fusion Field Service, the administrator needs to add the Oracle Field Service app to your Zoom account.

1. Sign in to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.

2. Search for Oracle Field Service.

3. Click Add to add Oracle Field Service to your Zoom account.

Enable Zoom Meetings in Oracle Fusion Field Service

To enable the ability to initiate Zoom calls, the administrator must enable this setting for the relevant user types.

1. Go to Configuration → User Types.

2. Find the user types you want to enable Zoom for.

3. Check the Allow initiation of Zoom Meeting option for those user types.
