A Capacity Category is a predefined set of work skills and/or work skill groups and
time slots visible to a user who is booking activities for customers. You can create a
capacity category to add work skills, work skill groups, and time slots.

Click .
The Capacity categories page appears.

Click Add New.
The Add Capacity Category dialog box appears.

Enter the appropriate information in the following fields:
The following table describes the fields available on the Add
Capacity Category dialog box.

Description |
| Name |
Enter the name of the capacity category. The name is
displayed in the list and in the quota matrix. If the
application is configured for multiple languages, input
boxes will appear for each language. |
| Label |
Specify a label. It is used in the context of APIs and it
must conform to a standard naming convention. |
| Active |
Select the Active check box to
mark this capacity category as active. Only active capacity
categories are used in the quota matrix. |

Click Save.
Note:
- After creating the capacity category, you must add work skills and time
slots to the capacity category.
- You can Activate, Deactivate, or Delete a capacity
category as required from the Capacity Category list page. Select a
Capacity Category to see the available actions.
- You can also modify a capacity category using the Edit option
from the Actions corresponding to the selected capacity category
on the Capacity Categories list page.
