Create and Assign a Custom Job Role
Create a custom job role and assign it to the user. Use Common - Job Roles as the role category. For more information, see Manage Job Roles topic in Getting Started with Oracle Fusion Field Service in Fusion Applications.
Add the following functional privileges to the custom job role.
