Grant Access to an Inventory Organization

Before you begin, identify the mobile worker and the custom job role that provides access to each required inventory organization.

1. In Setup and Maintenance, search for the Manage Data Access for Users task.
2. In the search results, select Add.
3. Select the user. For example, a mobile worker.
4. Select the applicable custom job role. For example, select ORA_SVC_FIELD_SERVICE_TECHNICIAN_JOB.
5. Select Inventory Organization as the security context.
6. Select the Inventory Organization Code as the security context value.
7. Select Save and Close.
8. Select Done.
