Configure Activity Page to Display Project Task

Important: This information only applies to Oracle Fusion Field Service environments. You can verify whether you've Oracle Fusion Field Service or Oracle Field Service, by signing in and checking on the About page.

If you want to integrate Oracle Fusion Field Service with Fusion Project Management, you must configure the activity pages to ensure Project Task fields are visible and editable in Oracle Fusion Field Service:

  1. Navigate to Oracle Fusion Field Service as a setup user, and from the main menu, go to Configuration > Displays > Screens.
  2. On the Screens page, select the specific page you want to update. The Visual Form Editor of the selected page appears.
  3. In the left pane of the page, from the Data Fields list, search and add the desired Project Task fields to the right-pane of the selected page.
    • Project ID
    • Project Name
    • Project Task Name
    • Project Task Number
    • Effort - by adding activity duration
  4. Optionally, you can also set:
    • Start Date - by adding SLA start date and time
    • End Date - by adding SLA end date and time
  5. For each field you have added, set its visibility condition to read-write.
    Note: You can also add and set visibility of the supported Descriptive Flexfields to read-write.
  6. After all fields and their permissions are configured, click the Publish button to apply the changes. After publishing, the configured fields are visible to users on their activity pages.
