Create a Form Property to Store the Form Label

You must create a form property to store the form label, to launch forms dynamically.

1. Click Configuration > Properties.
2. Click Add new.
3. Complete these fields:
   1. Entity: Select the entity as activity or equipment. You can create a dynamic property only for these two entities.
   2. Label: Add a label for the form that aligns with the activity for which you're using the form.
   3. Name: Add a name for the form in the English language field and other required language fields.
   4. Property type: Select string. The dynamic property supports only string type of properties.
   5. GUI: Select Text element. The dynamic property supports only text elements.
4. Click Add.
