Manage Users

You must first configure several user-type settings, so that a user type can create and manage other users.

  1. On the General tab, do these:
    1. In Can create users of these user types, select all the user types from which users can be created.
    2. In Access settings, ensure that the Allow access via web application option is selected.
  2. On the Screen configuration tab, do these:
    1. Ensure that the Main menu context includes the Users page with the read-write visibility.
    2. Ensure that the Company Configuration context includes the User Types page with the read-write visibility.
