Define Units of Measurement for the Quota

You can choose the units of measurement to display the quota and capacity values.

  1. Open the Quota page.
  2. Click the Configuration icon.
  3. Select the organization that includes one or more capacity areas in the resource tree.
  4. On the Quota and Capacity Management page, specify:
    1. Quota and Available Capacity Units: Select the unit of measurement to display the quota and capacity values. The available options are Hours, Work Days, and Minutes. Internally, the application calculates all the values only in minutes, and then converts into the selected unit.
    2. Hours per work day: Select the number of hours to be considered as a work day. If you select Work Day as Quota and Available Capacity Units, this value is used to convert work day into minutes.
  5. Click Save.
