When the used capacity reaches major or critical usage
levels, it displays in a different color code on the quota matrix.
Using this feature, you can change the major and critical capacity
settings.
- Open the Quota page.
- Click the Configuration icon.
- Select the organization that includes one or more capacity areas in the resource tree.
- Under the Qutoa Settings on the Quota and Capacity Management page, specify:
- Major Capacity Usage (%): On the Quota grid, quota and minutes used display in
brown once used = X% (major) of initial quota. Enter the percent of quota that indicates
major capacity usage. Expected duration comprises [……] % of quota.
- Critical Capacity Usage (%): On the Quota grid, quota and minutes used display in
bright red once used = X% (critical) of initial quota. Enter percent of quota that indicates
critical capacity usage. Expected duration comprises [……] % of quota.
- Select Show Planning to display the plan created in forecasting in the quota
management page.
Note: The default color settings:
- If the used capacity is less than the major capacity usage,
capacity is shown in green color.
- If the used capacity is more than the major capacity usage
but less than the critical capacity usage, capacity is shown in brown
color.
- If the used capacity is more than the critical capacity usage
but less than the Quota value, capacity is shown in orange color.
- If the used capacity is more than the Quota value, capacity
is shown in red color.
