Delete, Activate, or Deactivate a Work Skill

You cannot delete a work skill that is currently assigned to at least one resource. You can set the active or de-active status at any time. Deactivated work skills are not deleted from the application and are unavailable for selection.

1. Click Configuration, Work Skills.
   The Work Skills page appears.
2. Select the check box next to the work skill that you want to delete, activate, or deactivate.
3. Do any of the following:
   • Click Delete in the header to delete a work skill.
     Note: You cannot delete a work skill that is assigned to a resource.
   • Click Activate in the header to activate a work skill.
   • Click Deactivate in the header to deactivate a work skill.
4. Based on your selection, click Delete, Activate, or Deactivate in the confirmation dialog box to complete the task.
