Activity

Any time-consuming work performed by a resource, such as customer-related job, network maintenance, lunch break, warehouse visit, or meeting. Every activity has an type, a start time, and an end time. An activity type defines specific parameters of the activity, such as flow, attributes, screen color, and so on.
  • A non-scheduled activity is an activity that is not scheduled for a specific date

  • A not-ordered activity is an activity whose order of routing runs in the queue is not currently defined, but can be run any time during the work day. Not-ordered activities do not have any defined ETA or delivery window.

  • An ordered activity is an activity whose place in the route has been defined, and is performed at a specified time of the work day. You can change ordered activities to not-ordered, and not-ordered to ordered. You also can change the order of activities in a route.
