Collaboration

A separate module for Oracle Fusion Field Service that provides a real-time, context-aware collaboration tool for all Oracle Fusion Field Service users. For example, a user can locate a working resource and share details about a resource, an activity, or an inventory item. Also, Oracle Fusion Field Service Collaboration supports a confirm-receipt process for moving activities or inventory, which helps when resources are in remote locations and potentially offline.
