Error Messages

Here are some errors messages you may encounter with the accelerator.

Integration Error Message Explanation Remediation
Person Resource is not Found Or resource Id update is failed. This means the attempt to update the External ID of the Oracle Fusion Field Service resource who has already been created by the previous version of the integration has failed. Or, there is no resource in Oracle Fusion Field Service with the person number as the resource ID.
Party is not created for the person : <Person id> No Person Party is generated for the mobile worker in Oracle HCM Cloud. So, the mobile worker won't be sync'd to Oracle Fusion Field Service. Make sure the ESS job is scheduled to run in Oracle HCM Cloud.
A user is already Present for the Party <OFS resource Id> OR Unable to create a default User Account [Go to OFS UI to create a user account manually This message is displayed in either of these scenarios:
  • While syncing mobile worker details, if there is already a user account available for the mobile worker in Oracle Fusion Field Service, it wont be created again.
  • There is no user account available for the mobile worker in Oracle HCM Cloud and while trying to create a default user account with firstName.lastName, the first name is not available for the mobile worker in Oracle HCM Cloud.
Create or update the user account using Oracle Fusion Field Service user interface.
