Steps to Validate the Job Profile Sync

To validate whether a new job profile you've created in Oracle HCM Cloud is available in Oracle Fusion Field Service, you must review the Resource Work Skills page of the required resource in Oracle Fusion Field Service.

  1. Configure a Job Profile in Oracle HCM Cloud and associate it to a Job Code as shown in this screenshot:

  2. Assign this Job (JOB001) to a new employee in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  3. Run the new hire integration, Oracle HCM-OFS Party Sync.
  4. After the integration is completed, validate the work skill of the sync'd resource in Oracle Fusion Field Service as shown in this screenshot:
