Asset Details Plugin APIs and Roles

The Oracle Fusion Field Service user created through the REST/SOAP API application configured in ofsRestClientId must have access to the required API entities.

Core API should have these entities enabled:

• Activity - RO
• Resource - RO

Meta Data API should have these entities enabled:

• Property - RO

Duty Roles

You must configure the duty roles in Fusion API as mentioned in the following table:

Duty Role	Description
Maintenance Management Web Service	Provides service access to maintenance asset management and work execution using the REST services.
Inventory Administration	Configures all setup-related activities for inventory management.
Sales Party Management	Manages creation and maintenance of sales organizations and consumers for internal sales users.

Data Security Policies

You must configure the Data Security Policies as given in this table.

Inventory Organization	An Inventory Manager can manage item and inventory organization parameter for the inventory organizations in which they can operate.	Privilege: Manage Maintenance Organization Resource: Inventory Organization
CRM Asset	Access to view and update CRM assets.	Privilege: View Asset; Read; Update; Update Asset. Resource: CRM Asset
