Fusion Configuration for Service Work Order Debrief

Service Work Order Debrief retrieves labor and expense billing items from Oracle Product Information Management (PIM) and Service Activity Codes from Service Logistics. Administrators no longer need to maintain duplicate Oracle Fusion Field Service inventory-property enumeration values to populate these selections.

When a mobile worker records labor or an expense for an activity associated with a Fusion Service Work Order, Debrief displays the applicable values from Oracle Service Logistics and Oracle Product Information Management. The mobile worker first selects a Service Activity Code. The billing types associated with that code identify which labor and expense billing items are available for selection.

Maintaining this information in Oracle Fusion Cloud reduces duplicate setup and helps ensure that mobile workers use consistent values. Changes are available to mobile workers after Debrief synchronizes while the device is online.
