Enable Mobile Workers to Add Asset Notes

Mobile workers can record new asset-related information directly from the Asset Details page. Notes entered in Oracle Fusion Field Service are synchronized with Fusion Enterprise Asset Management.

Note: Ensure mobile workers have the required add, edit, and delete privileges configured in Fusion to perform actions on the Asset Details page.

1. Open the Asset Details page.
2. Click Add Note.
3. Enter the note text.
4. Save your changes.
