placeholders that are related to the service request itself and to
all its parent objects. For example, if the request is created on
the activity level, the content can contain placeholders related to
request, activity, route and resource.
The launch condition can be used in the following cases:
inventory tracking and hardware testing
I/initiating SRO or sending any other form
initiating support requests
manually generated cases when transaction is initiated by a person and is not related to the activity
