How do I enable quota management for a capacity area at work zone level?

Work zones define the regional areas in which resources are allowed to work. You can allocate quota for a capacity area at work zone level.

1. Create an organization unit for the state. For example, Florida.
2. For the organizational unit, create a separate bucket as a child resource for each work zone. For example, South Florida, Central Florida, and North Florida.
3. Associate the relevant work zone with each bucket.
4. Enable the required settings for each bucket on the Quota > Configuration.
5. Define the required capacity or quota values for each bucket.
6. If multiple providers share the same work zone, enable the Use resources outside the capacity area option on the Configuration > Business Rules page to allow resources across capacity areas to cover shared work zones.
