You can generate a report of the activities that are scheduled for a future date or a
past date for your business analysis. You can generate this report by exporting the list of
activities on the Dispatch Console.

Open the Dispatch Console.

Select a resource or bucket in the resource tree.

Click the date editor and select a past or future date.
The past date you can select depends on the Retention
Period that's selected on the Business
Rules page.

Click View and select Apply
Hierarchically.
When you select Apply Hierarchically, the report
includes the activities of the child resources of the selected resource or
bucket.

Click .
The activities for the selected resource or bucket and period are exported as
a .csv file. Your administrator can change the fields to be exported from the
List view columns context layout page.

To export non-scheduled activities, go to List view and
select Non-Scheduled in the date editor.
