Add Contacts to or Remove Contacts from Address Book

You can add contacts to your Address Book for quick access. The contacts in your Address Book are displayed below the Search Contact field.

  1. Open the Collaboration window and click the new conversation icon.
  2. Click Start Chat.
  3. Search for a resource.
  4. Click the resource name.
  5. Open the options menu and then click Add to Address Book.
  6. To remove a contact from the Address Book, click the contact. Open the options menu and then click Remove from Address Book.
