You can broadcast an activity to multiple users simultaneously, subject to the visibility
of users.
You can broadcast an activity or its details using these methods:

Broadcast an activity to eligible resources, so they can accept or reject it

Broadcast only activity details by sharing the activity through a group message

Broadcast only activity details to a user group by dragging the activity
Note: You must have the
Allow activity move between resources
permission to broadcast activities.
To broadcast an activity to eligible
resources:

Open the Activity Details page for a pending activity that you
want to broadcast.

Open the Collaboration window and click the new conversation
icon.

The application searches for resources that match the activity attributes such as work
skill, work zone, and service window and then broadcasts the activities. You can view the
selected list of recipients before broadcasting the message (10 at a time till a maximum
of 100 users are reached). The recipient who accepts the transfer request first is
assigned with the activity. The recipient can interact with the sender through a
one-to-one chat. The maximum time period for the message expiry is 10 days. This table
