Enable Collaboration Permissions

Users can access Collaboration only when the collaboration permissions are configured against each user type. Configuration includes enabling permissions to transfer the activities, inventory and image sharing via chat.

Only Administrator or your filed manager can enable collaboration permissions for you.
  1. Click Configuration > User Types.

    The User Types page opens.

  2. Select the appropriate Collaboration Permissions against each user type:
    Click To:
    Collaboration Enable the Collaboration option
    Activity Move via Chat Share activities
    Inventory Move via Chat Share and transfer inventory
    File Sharing via Chat Share images through the chat window
    Initiation of Video Call Make calls using the default video calling app of the device
    Allow initiation of Zoom meetings Make calls using your Zoom app
    Allow initiation of chat with all visible resources Initiate one-on-one or group chats with visible users, even outside Collaboration Groups.
  3. Click Save.

    The collaboration permissions are enabled.
