Retrieve a Closed Chat or Conference Thread

When a conversation ends, Oracle Fusion Field Service Collaboration saves the chat or conference in the History tab.

  1. From the Collaboration window, click the History tab.
  2. Search for a keyword or the name of a user who participated in the conversation.
  3. Select the appropriate thread from the list.
    The thread displays in the Collaboration window.
    Note: If you are offline, you cannot access Collaboration,as it is disabled. You can still access History to view your chat history in the Read-Only mode.
