Log in to the application as a helpdesk operator. Open the Collaboration window and go to the Helpdesk tab. Click the transfer chat icon Select the helpdesk operator to whom you want to transfer the conversation. The Transfer Conversation window displays. Enter a reason.Click Transfer.
