Dashboard charts graphically represent the status of resources and help you to track the
activities of resources. You can add dashboard charts to your personal Dashboard using the
Actions menu.
The Actions menu shows icons that represent the reports that are available
to you. You can configure your Dashboard to view the charts that interest you most.
To add Dashboard charts:
- Click Dashboard to open the Dashboard.

You can see a set of icons that respresent the reports available to you. Each icon
consists of the graphical image of the chart corresponding to the report and the report name.
- Hover your mouse over any icon.
A hint appears describing the type of data presented in the report.

In the View pane, select the resource and the date for the report
you want to view.
- Drag the appropriate report icon to your work area.
A chart is automatically created based on the resource and date selected in the
View pane.

Repeat the above steps to add more reports to the Dashboard.
If you quits the Dashboard after creating the charts, the layout of the charts is saved and
displayed the next time you access the Dashboard.

Click X to hide the Dashboard configuration menu.
Note: You cannot hide the Dashboard configuration menu when the Dashboard is empty.
All charts currently configured in the Dashboard show data for the resource that is
currently selected in the View pane. Whenever you select a different
resource, all charts are updated with the data related to the new resource immediately. It is
not necessary to configure the whole set of charts for each resource.
