View the Average Number of Calls Per Customer Report

The Average Number of Calls per Customer report provides statistics about the voice messages that were sent to customers during the reporting period.

To view the Average Number of Calls Per Customer report:
  1. Select Average Number of Calls per Customer from the navigation pane. The report contains the following information:
    • Message Type:—Indicates the following types of messages based on message triggers:
      • day_before

      • reminder

      • today_%

      • call_ahead

      • complete

    • Number of sent messages: —Shows the total number of voice messages (of all types) that were sent to customers within the reporting period. It displays the total number of successfully sent voice messages with a final status of Sent or Delivered.

    • Average Number of Calls per Customer shows the average number of calls (of all types) that one customer received within the reporting period.

    The Average Number of Calls per Customer report shows the Average number of calls successfully sent to one customer. This number is calculated as [The total number of successfully sent calls] Divided by: [The number of customers who received at least one voice message of any type, with a status of Sent or Delivered].

  2. Use the Print or Export links to print the report or to export it in .csv format.
