View the Percent of Accurate Last Messages Report

The Percent of accurate last messages report shows the percentage of Last Notification calls in which the service window boundaries communicated to the customer were accurate.

An accurate call is one where the actual start time of the activity appears to be within the boundaries of the time window specified by the call (±10 minutes). A last notification call is the last voice message that the customer received before the activity was started.

To view the Percent of Accurate Last Messages report:

  1. Select the Percent of accurate last messages report from the navigation pane.
  2. Click View

  3. To select the time duration, select the calendar icons in the Start Date and End Date fields and click Apply.
    The Percent of Last Accurate Message report displays the percentage of Last Notification calls in which the service window boundaries communicated to the customer were accurate.
    • Date—Indicates the notification date.

    • Percentage of Accurate Last Calls —Shows the ratio between the number of accurate last customer notification calls and the total number of work orders that have at least one customer notification call with the Sent or Delivered result.

    The following activities are taken into account:

    • Activities that have been started

    • Notification calls containing the estimated service or delivery window
