View the Inventory Report
The Inventory Report displays the statistics of inventory for the selected resource and date.
- Click Dashboard on the main menu.
- If you have multiple Dashboards, open the Dashboard which contains the Inventory Report.
- In the View pane, select a resource and the date for which you want to view the report.

Click Inventory Report.
The Inventory Report opens:
The report includes these columns:
- Model: Indicates the model number of the inventory.
- Type: Indicates the type of inventory as described by your organization.
- Required: Indicates the quantity of the inventory that is required to complete the current route.
- Installed: Indicates the quantity of the inventory that is installed for customers.
- Overuse: Indicates the quantity of the installed inventory, which is more than the inventory shown as available. This happens in rare cases when the inventory catalog is not updated, or when a resource borrows the inventory from another resource manually.
- Available: Indicates the quantity of the inventory that is available with the resource.
- Missing: Indicates the quantity of the inventory that is required to complete the current route.
- Use the Print or Export options to print the report or to export in .csv format.
