View the Travel Statistics Report

The Travel Statistics report provides you with historical information about travel to and from service locations.

To view the Travel Statistics report:
  1. Click the navigation menu and select Dashboards.
  2. Select Travel Statistics from the navigation pane to display the report.
  3. In the Travel Statistics report, click View to display the drop-down menu, specify the following values and then click Apply.
    1. Start Key/End Key: Optionally, enter a start and end key. These are based on the activity keys set up for your configuration in the Statistics Parameters screen.
      To open this screen, click Configuration and select Statistics Parameters in the Subsystems And Integrations section.
    2. Find...in: Enter values to search for results for a particular location based on a To/From Activity Key or portion of a key that you enter here.
    3. Rows: Enter the number of rows you want to see at one time.
  4. The Travel Statistics report provides you with detailed information on travel times, including the following columns:
    • Region Name—Represents the Travel Area. This is the name of the area that the travel statistics pertain to. It indicates the geographic region or zone related to the start and end locations of the travel event. If the Travel Area is not set, the default value "DEFAULT" will be displayed.
    • Region Label—Represents the Travel Area Label. This is a textual label associated with the Travel Area that further defines or describes the area. It provides additional context or detail about the specific region. If no label is set, the default value "default" will be displayed.
    • Start Location—Displays the travel key value of the start location for the travel event.
    • End Location—Displays the travel key value of the end location for the travel event.
    • Average—Indicates the learned travel time in minutes. This value represents the typical time it takes for travel between the start and end locations, based on historical data.
    • Override—Displays the override value if an override is applied via an API. This value can be different from the learned travel time and may reflect manual adjustments or exceptions.
    • Deviation—Indicates the standard deviation from the learned travel time. This represents the variation or consistency of travel times for this route and helps assess how predictable the travel times are.
    • Count—Displays the quantity of averaged samples in the current category. It shows how many data points (travel events) were included to calculate the averages for the given row.
    • Level—Indicates whether statistics were gathered at the company, organization, or individual resource level. This helps categorize the travel statistics by different organizational scopes.
    • Organization—Displays the list of organizations for which the travel statistics row is applicable. This can include the specific organization(s) linked to the travel data, helping categorize the report by organizational units.
  5. Click Print to print the report or Export to export the report as a .csv file.
