View the Transferred Calls Report
The Transferred Calls report shows the number of voice calls that were transferred to the Call Center (when a customer selected the corresponding automatic option).
- Click the navigation menu and select Dashboards.
- Navigate to the Transferred Calls report
from the navigation pane. The Transferred Calls Report contains the following information:
Date:—Notification Date.
Before Route Start—The number of voice calls transferred to the Call Center before the route was activated.
After Route Start—The number of voice calls transferred to the Call Center after the route had been activated.
Inactive Route—The number of voice calls transferred to the Call Center for routes that were not activated.
Total—Total number of voice calls transferred to the Call Center.
