View the Transferred Calls Report

The Transferred Calls report shows the number of voice calls that were transferred to the Call Center (when a customer selected the corresponding automatic option).

To view the Transferred Calls reports:
  1. Click the navigation menu and select Dashboards.
  2. Navigate to the Transferred Calls report from the navigation pane. The Transferred Calls Report contains the following information:
    • Date:—Notification Date.

    • Before Route Start—The number of voice calls transferred to the Call Center before the route was activated.

    • After Route Start—The number of voice calls transferred to the Call Center after the route had been activated.

    • Inactive Route—The number of voice calls transferred to the Call Center for routes that were not activated.

    • Total—Total number of voice calls transferred to the Call Center.
