Activate Workflow

Activate the workflow before you associate it with activities. Activation makes the workflow available for use in the field.

  1. Go to Configuration > Workflow Manager.
  2. Locate the workflow you want to activate from the list. The current status of the workflow shows an Inactive status.
  3. Click the workflow name to open it.
  4. Under the Actions menu, click Modify to view the workflow details.
  5. Under the Status section, select Active.
  6. Click Modify and then click Save.
    Note: After activation, the application adds the workflow to new activities you create; it does not add it to existing activities.
