Viewing Enterprise Journal Line Items

The Journals Line Item list allows you to view detailed journal data for a selected year and period. You can open individual journal entries, search for specific journals, or apply filters to quickly locate the information you need.

To access Journals line items:

1. On the Home page, click Enterprise Journals.
2. From the Journals page, click the Journals Line Items tab on the left.
3. To view data, click on a journal row to open it.

4. Optional: To search for a journal, in the Search field, enter any text or numeric for which to search the list.

5. Optional: To filter the list, click the Filter icon next to the Search field and specify filter criteria.
