Item Relationships

You must set up item relationships in the Oracle Product Information Management application if you're importing revenue basis data from third-party source applications.

You can do this in one of two ways:

  • Update the details of the referenced item and the spoke system in the Spoke System Items subtab. When you set up an item relationship for a spoke system, the value you enter in the Spoke System field must be the same as the code value you populate in the Source System attribute in the Revenue Basis Data Import template.
  • Update the details of the item to be referenced in the Cross-References subtab.
