Why can't I find a receipt source in the lockbox?

Receipt sources are created and assigned to a particular business unit. Lockboxes are created and assigned to a particular lockbox set.

The receipt sources available for use with a given lockbox are limited to the receipt sources created and assigned to the business units that belong to the lockbox set.

To define a receipt source for use with lockbox, use these settings:

• Set Receipt Source Type to Manual.

• Provide both a default Receipt Method and a default Bank Account.

• Set Batch Numbering to Automatic.
