How You Add Project Expenditure Organization to Expense from a Mobile Device

You can select the project expenditure organization in the Expenses mobile application for project-related expenses to ensure that it’s charged to the right organization.

sIf you do not add a project expenditure organization for an expense when the policy mandates it then the application will not allow you to submit the expense.

To capture the project expenditure organization, navigate to the Add Mileage page from the Add Expense page, select the project-related expense, and select a relevant expenditure organization in the project expenditure organization field.
