Create a Fiscal Document
You can create a service fiscal document in Payables.
- From the Payables Invoices work area, navigate to the Create Invoice task.
- On the Create Invoice page, in the Invoice Header region, enter the header information.
- In the Lines region, for each invoice line, select the product type as Service. Enter the other line information as for a standard Payables invoice.
- Click Save.
- On the Invoice Actions menu, select Associate Fiscal Attributes.
- On the Associate Fiscal Attributes page, for the Legal Reporting Unit field, select the legal reporting unit that captures the fiscal document.
- In the Payment Option field, select the payment option of this transaction.
- In the Withheld Amount for Social Integration Program field, enter the total withheld amount of Contribution for the Social Integration Program (PIS).
- In the Withheld Amount for Social Security Financing field, enter the total withheld amount of Contribution for the Social Security Financing (COFINS).
- On the Additional Legal Information tab, click Create to add a new legal message text.
- In the Legal Message Code field, enter the internal code of the legal message.
- In the Legal Message Text field, enter the text of the legal message.
- On the Additional Taxpayer Information tab, click Create to add a new taxpayer information text.
- In the Sequence field, enter the logical sequence of the text related to the additional taxpayer information.
- In the Information of Taxpayer Interest field, enter the text related to the additional taxpayer information.
- On the Referenced Legal Processes tab, click Add Row to add a new referenced legal process.
- In the Proceeding Origin field, select the origin of the legal proceeding or concession act.
- In the Proceeding Identifier field, enter the identifier of the legal proceeding or concession act.
- Click Save and Close. The fiscal attributes are saved.
- On the Invoice Actions menu, select Validate.

Click Save and Close. The invoice is saved and the Invoice page closes.
