Selected Parameters

This section lists the selected parameters for Fiscal Document Generation feature to obtain fiscal document approval from a tax authority through a third party.

This table lists the parameters and their instructions.

Parameters	Instructions
Business Unit	Enter the business unit of the fiscal documents. This is a mandatory parameter.
Legal Reporting Unit	Enter the legal reporting unit that generated the fiscal documents.
Application Short Name	Enter the application that generated the fiscal documents.
From Transaction Number	Enter the earliest transaction number of the transaction that supported the fiscal document. All fiscal document records with a transaction number greater than or equal to this parameter are extracted. This is a conditionally required parameter.
To Transaction Number	Enter the latest transaction number of the transaction that supported the fiscal document. This extracts all fiscal document records with a transaction number lower than or equal to this parameter. This is a conditionally required parameter.
From Transaction Date	Enter the earliest transaction date of the transaction that supported the fiscal document. All fiscal document records with a transaction date greater than or equal to this parameter are extracted. This is a conditionally required parameter.
To Transaction Date	Enter the latest transaction date of the transaction that supported the fiscal document. All fiscal document records with a transaction date lower than or equal to this parameter are extracted. This is a conditionally required parameter.
From Fiscal Document Number	Enter the earliest fiscal document number. All fiscal document records with a fiscal document number greater than or equal to this parameter are extracted. This is a conditionally required parameter.
To Fiscal Document Number	Enter the latest fiscal document number. All fiscal document records with a fiscal document number lower than or equal to this parameter are extracted. This is a conditionally required parameter.
From Fiscal Document Date	Enter the earliest fiscal document date. All fiscal document records with a fiscal document date greater than or equal to this parameter are extracted. This is a conditionally required parameter.
To Fiscal Document Date	Enter the latest fiscal document date. All fiscal document records with a fiscal document date lower or equal this parameter is extracted. This is an optional parameter.
