Contract Residual Account Balance Write-Off Report

When the Residual Account Balance Write-Off process completes, the process generates the Contract Residual Account Balance Write-Off report, which displays all the eligible contracts based on the parameters.

The report also displays the balances to be written off for the Contract Asset, Contract Liability, and Contract Discount accounts, with the offset applied to the Revenue Write-Off account.

  • List of contracts
  • Full satisfaction date of each contract
  • Latest contract activity date of each contract
  • Balance of the Contract Clearing account
  • Balance of the Contract Revenue account
  • Balance of the Contract Asset account
  • Balance of the Contract Liability account
  • Balance of the Contract Discount account

Use this report to validate the contracts and balances to be written off.
