Delete a Performance Obligation Template

This task shows you how to delete a performance obligation template that's not yet in use.

1. In the Manage Performance Obligation Templates page, search for the template you want to delete.
2. Highlight the row containing the performance obligation template to be deleted.
3. Under the Actions menu, click Delete.
4. In the Warning dialog box:
   • Click Yes to delete the performance obligation template and return to the Manage Performance Obligation Template page. Note that once you delete the template, it can't be undone.
   • Click No to cancel the request.

Note: You can't delete performance obligation templates that are in use, that is, templates previously used to create performance obligations. If the template is no longer to be used in the identification process, set the Enabled attribute to No or set an effective end date.
