Prerequisite Setup

You must complete the prerequisite setups.

Complete these setups before you submit Annual Online VAT Investment Goods Register:

1. Flag your asset categories.
   1. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance, Manage Asset Categories.
   2. In the Manage Asset Categories page, enter a relevant value: 10 years or 5 years.
      You don’t need to enter No. A null value is treated as ‘No’ to indicate that it is not applicable.
2. Manage your asset level exceptions.
   1. Navigate to Assets, Update Descriptive Details.
   2. In the Update Descriptive Details page, select the asset you want to modify and click Update Descriptive Details.
   3. In the Investment Goods Register field under Regional Information, enter or change the relevant value.
