Why did my Dunning Process end in Error?
If your Dunning process has ended in error, verify these things

Check your Business Intelligence Publisher (BI Publisher) server is set up properly.

Check your customer's information is accurate and up to date in the Profile tab.

Run and check the Validate Dunning Setup Report for the report details.
